Now that the year is coming to the end, it’s resolutions time. Do you make New Year’s Resolutions? I usually trot a few out each year.
- Stop over-eating.
- Stop under-exercising.
- Take steps to overcome shyness and be more assertive.
- Don’t ignore ‘To Do’ list until in last minute rush.
- Write every day. Finish the novel-in-progress (or at least make some progress with it!)
- Go to bed earlier.
- Get up earlier.
- Stop living by ‘should’ and ‘shouldn’t’ rules. DISCARD THIS LIST AND I’LL DO WHAT I LIKE !!!
